*Please note that the hotel cancellation policy is stricter than some. Guest room cancellations 30 days before the program start date (February 18, 2025) will receive a full refund for your room. Any room cancellations within 30 days from the program start date will not be refunded. Exceptional circumstances will only be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Travel
Banff is about 90 miles (140 km) from the Calgary International Airport (YYC). YYC is serviced by air from most major hubs in the US and Europe.
Travel from YYC to Banff can be done by auto (e.g., rental), or by shuttle (see below), and will take 1.5 hours in good weather. The road is a well-travelled divided 4-lane highway all the way. The drive to Banff is best done in daylight to appreciate the beauty of arriving in the mountains.
Available shuttle services include Brewster Banff Airport Express and Banff Airporter. Both can be found on the arrival level at YYC. Advance reservations are recommended.
