Venue
TEIS 2018 will be held at the Rady School of Management. The Rady School is in the northwest corner of the UC San Diego campus in La Jolla. The main workshop will take place in Rady's executive education center on the 4th floor in room 4E106. Breakfast and lunch will be served in Multi-purpose Room 1 (MPR 1) which is located on the ground floor.
La Jolla is north of downtown San Diego and is best reached from Interstate 5:
Driving
- From Interstate 5 exit on Genesee Avenue heading west.
- Proceed to the third light at the top of the hill.
- Turn left onto North Torrey Pines Road.
- Turn left onto North Point Drive.
- Turn right onto Scholars Drive North and continue until you see Otterson Hall on the left.
Walking from Estancia La Jolla
- From the entrance of Estancia, head to the traffic light and walk across North Torrey Pines Road.
- Continue walking straight on Pangea Drive up the hill until reaching Scholars Drive North.
- Turn left on Scholars Drive North and continue walking straight until you see the Rady School on your right.
Parking
Parking is available on campus in several locations. The closest parking to the Rady School is located in Lot P357, in the Pangea Parking Structure and the Hopkins Parking Structure.
Parking is limited so it is best to visit the UC San Diego interactive parking map for alternate locations. Parking on campus is mostly open (and free) on weekends so you will not need a permit. However, do not park in spaces that state they are reserved or enforced 24/7.
